Equipment Sessions

Along with mat work on the floor the Pilates Method may also be performed on Pilates Apparatus consisting of the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrel and Spine Corrector. While performing the Pilates exercises on the equipment, the client is able to work the entire body from the joint level and helps perform the exercises with ease.

Monthly Equipment Packages 8 sessions private $250 - Group $150 12 sessions private $350 - Group $250 This packages are used in a month period Private Equipment Sessions $50 - 8 sessions package $320 Mat Classes Private $20 - 4 sessions package $60 Group $10 - 10 sessions package $80 Cancellations 24 hours before appointment or client will be charged for the session
